With its 180o panoramic views, the restaurant glass pavilion provides a unique atmospheric view across the lake towards the mountains. At lunch, simple and light yet exciting dishes are served and in the evening embark on a one Michelin star and 16 Gault Millau point culinary journey. Executive Chef Christian Nickel and his team will take you to some of the most hidden corners of the earth, with curry spices from India, salt from the Himalaya, Pata Negra from Spain and Yuzu juice from Japan.
