Candlelight by Romain Fornell
Chef Romain Fornell, the new culinary director, is the youngest chef to be awarded a Michelin star. He currently holds a star in Caelis, Barcelona, where he has lived for over 15 year. Daring, instinct, balance and passion are the other pillars on which bases its gastronomic philosophy. He offers a menu that includes the reinterpretation of classic chefs like Escoffier and combines tradition and modernity in his own creations.
