Piero TT is the latest creation by chef Pierre Gagnaire, who works closely with chef Marco Garfagnini to give Mediterranean notes center stage. They devised the joyful, multi-colored, irresistible menu to satisfy all the guests, whatever their age or wishes. Besides the classic antipasti, pasta and risotto, Italy’s entire culinary heritage can be tasted here. The menu features Scampi, Terre de Sienne and aubergine, Gambero Rosso with mango and Cremona mustard artichoke, as well as the classic Strozzapreti cacio e pepe.
