The intimate El Asador (Spanish for “The Grill”) is the latest venue to showcase the delicious and inventive fare of Executive Chef Laurent Pasqualetto and his superlative team. The restaurant revolves around the open wood-burning grill, where meats such as lamb, guanaco, rabbit and beef are prepared with other distinctive delicacies (created, as always, with the region’s best ingredients).
